摘要
高校资源是高等学校发展的重要条件。在高等教育大众化发展阶段,资源短缺是高等学校普遍面临的突出问题。高校资源包括有形资源和无形资源,其作用各不相同。应科学准确地予以评估,以求为高校的战略管理奠定良好的资源基础。
Resources are vital conditions for the development of H EIs（ Higher Education Institutes）. During the stage of higher education massification, inadequate and lacking resources are the outstanding problems that HEIs are now confronted with. HEIs＇ resources contain tangible and intangible ones with different functions. We should offer precise assessment in order to lay a good resource foundation for HEIs＇ strategic management.
