摘要
近年来,数码相机作为舌诊图像数字化的常用工具,得到了广泛应用。但由于数码相机更新换代频繁,且不同品牌、不同型号的数码相机由于其内嵌的颜色校正算法不同,在成像色彩上均存在一定的差异,给后期颜色校正算法的通用性设计带来了很大的难度。因此,成像相对稳定且成像质量也令人满意的数字摄像机作为一种理想的成像设备,就有了应用的价值。本研究搭建了一个基于摄像机的舌象采集平台,并且根据舌象采集的需要,设计了高色温高显色性和低色温高显色两种光源,为后期研究的继续和深入,奠定了一个良好的基础。
Recent years have witnessed a fast development of digital tongue diagnosis. As a popular digital device, digital camera has been increasingly used for the purpose. However, it can be a difficult task to fix a color correction algorithm design, as digital camera are different in specifications and color performance. In this context, one needs a stable imaging device to achieve a satisfactory image quality. To achieve this, authors have established a DC based tongue acquisition platform, allowing both high color temperature/ high color -rendering properties, and low color temperature/ high color- rendering properties. It can serve as a good starting point for future research in the area.
