从《温病条辨》看中医脉学的现状及未来

To Analyse the Present Status and Prospect of TCM Pulse Science In the Approached of "Differentiation of Warm Diseases Item by Item"

吴鞠通的《温病条辨》之所以被称为中医临床温病学的奠基之作,与其深厚的理论功底、丰富的临床经验和精湛的脉诊技术有着很大的关系。无论是对温病的定义,还是在辨证论治、预后判断过程中,脉象信息起着其他诊法无法替代的重要作用。对于《温病条辨》的学习与研究,偏重于证和方的内容较多,对其脉象理论与实践的研究却显得少了一些。目前中医临床诊疗中存在的问题,很大程度上是由于中医师脉诊能力低下而造成的,误诊误治的结果必然导致临床疗效的下降。学习与研究《温病条辨》是提高中医脉诊水平的重要环节。中医脉诊的现代研究将是中医现代化的一个突破口。

＂Differentiation of Warm Diseases Item by Item＂ by WU Ju - tong was considered the book to lay a foundation for warm disease of traditional Chinese medicine due to the solid theory foundation, abundant clinical experience and consummate technique of Pulse Diagnosis. Pulse information plays an important role in identification of warm disease, syndrome - differentiation and estimation of prognosis as well, which couldn＇t be replaced by the other diagnostic methods. The former study and research on＂ Differentiation of Warm Diseases Item by Item＂, used to focus on the syndromes and prescription instead of the theory and practice of pulse. To a large extent,the problems in clinical diagnosis and treatment are caused by low pulse diagnosis ability of TCM doctors＇ , and misdiagnosis and mistherapy will decline and weaken the clinical effect as a result. The study of＂ Differentiation of Warm Diseases Item by Item＂ is key point to i promote the level of TCM pulse diagnosis,and the modern research of TCM pulse diagnosis will be a good way of Traditional Chinese Medicine modernization.
