TCM Knowledge System and Its Impacts on Diagnostic Method Studies

目的:探讨中医知识体系在现代诊法研究中的作用。方法:根据中医知识体系的结构和特点,对诊法研究的思路、方法进行回顾分析。结果:理解传统中医的诊法价值评价标准,提取四诊法中的核心知识,重视辨证论治体系的分层知识结构三点,是制定诊法研究的总体规划中需要重视的因素。结论:发掘中医知识体系中的合理要素,对保证诊法研究的质量和效率具有重要意义。

This paper discusses the knowledge system of Chinese medicine and its impacts on studying modern diagnostic methods. Authors analyze the schools and methods of diagnostic method studies, in the context of structures and characteristics. The study improves authors＇ understanding of the standard to evaluate a TCM diagnostic method, and helps them extract core knowledge from four diagnostic methods, allowing more attention paid to the tiered knowledge structures of the treatment system featured with syndrome differentiation. They are three important factors for planning diagnostic method studies. It is believed that tapping up the rational factors of TCM knowledge system is important to ensuring both the quality and efficiency of diagnostic method studies.
