和谐社会视野下对公共医疗体系的财政支持政策研究

Research on the Policy of Financial Support to the Public Medical Service System from the View of Harmonious Society

公共医疗事关人民群众的健康安全和经济社会的平稳发展,是构建和谐社会的重要环节。但是,目前我国医疗体系存在诸多问题,影响着人们的生活质量,制约着经济的发展,也不利于和谐社会的构建。本文就我国当前医疗体系中存在的弊端进行了分析,并借鉴国际经验阐述财政如何促进公共医疗体系的建设。

Public medical service affects people＇s healthy and the development of economic and society, it is an important factor of constructing a harmonious society. There are so many problems in the system, which reduce the quality of people＇s life, the development of economic and the construction of a harmonious society. This paper analyses the problems of the system, and attempts to give some advice on how to improve the public medical service system by using foreign experience for reference.
