摘要 数字式行程检测缸(DSSC)采用全数字式处理单元,比一般的行程检测缸(SSC)具有更高的分辨率和精度。在DSSC设计中,提出自学习概念并采用冗余技术,将传感器信号区分为位移粗略值和精细值,它们之和即为最终位移量。通过合理的硬件、软件支持,提高了整机的计数范围和可靠性。 The digital stroke supervisory cylinde(DSSC)adopt-ing fulll digital processing unit offers higher resolution and accuracy than the conventional stroke supervisory cylinder(SSC).ln the design of DSSC,self learning concept is stated and redundant technology is adopted The signal from transducer is splitted into coarse displacement and fine displacement The sum of these two values is the final displacement By reasonable hardware and software support, the counting range and reliability have been enhanced.
