摘要
介绍一种集圆盘配料秤、拖料秤、计量秤、料位秤于一体的通用型动态物料测控装置的构成与工作原理,着重阐述的MCS-51系列单片机为核心的通用控制器的设计思路、系统结构,以及采用高级语言和汇编语言相混合的软件编制方法。
The composition and operational princile of a generic dynamic material level monitoring device are introduced The device integrates the features of round plate blending weigher, tugging weigher, measuring weigher and the material level gauge. The design concept, system architecture of the generic controller based on MCS-51 series single chip computer are emphasised. The software programming method composed of high level and assembly language is also presented.
