摘要
介绍在无缝钢管生产中芯棒温度测控系统的组成及MODCELL多回路控制器的基本应用。对芯棒表面温度的控制策略进行初步探讨,提出引入梯度函数对进水量提前补偿修正的方案。
The composition of the temperature monitoring system for the core rod in seamless steel tube production and the basic application of MODCELL Multiple-Loop Controller are introduced. The control strategy for surface temperature of the core rod is investigated and the scheme of introducing advanced compensation on the quantity of inlet water by gradient function is stated.
