文章比较了中俄两国高等教育经费筹措机制，为我国高等教育经萬筹措提出了借鉴和启示。
This comparative analysis of higher education funds collection mechanism between China and Russia gives us inspirations and ideas. This article also provides us a good solution to the problems of higher education funds collection in our country.
