摘要
利用PID与GPC两种控制方案对锅炉过热气温控制系统进行了仿真比较。结果表明:当大范围改变给定值或受外界环境(包括工况)太大扰动时,为达到控制要求需要及时修正PID参数;而GPC系统稳定性比较强,有很好的控制品质和系统动态品质,能适应对象参数的变化,具有较强的鲁棒性和自适应能力。
This paper comprises the simulation of the superheat system temperature of boiler with PID and GPC control projects. Results show, in order to achieve the control demand we need rectify the PID parameter in time when the given value changes in a large region or is greatly disturbed by external conditions (including operating condition).But GPC system obtains steady regulation quality and system dynamic quality and can readily accommodate itself to variations of the object's parameters.It is featured by strong robustness and self-adaptability.
