摘要
计算机图像识别技术作为一门新学科,在工业领域得到了广泛的应用。介绍了在某彩色显像管生产企业中,通过运用计算机图像识别技术,对关键生产材料荫罩的外围轮廓进行识别,并计算得到荫罩的精确位置,同时将计算结果传输给工业机器人,指引机器人自动跟踪荫罩的位置并完成荫罩的搬运工作。
Auto recognition technology based on computer image manipulation is widely used in many industrial fields.This paper introduces the application in one CRT tubes maker.The position of the mask which is the key production material is calcu- lated through mask image outline detection and sent to the industrial robot,the robot receives the position parameters and then adjust itself to track the mask in order to realize the mask transportation jobs.
