在热电厂石灰石-石膏湿法全烟气脱硫处理中PLC完全可以取代DCS作为控制系统。较详细地介绍了PLC控制系统的总体方案和各分系统的组成及其功能,阐述了所用PLC的硬件选型和配置的相关理由,最后说明了本系统的运行使用效果。
DCS being as control system,can be replaced by PLC in process of wet smoke desulphuration with limestone-gypsum in thermoelectric power station.Total scheme,composition and functions of various sub-systems of PLC control system are introduced in detail,Hardware choice and its reason is described.The operational results of the system is explained finally.
