Some improvements have been made on Beckman infrared spectrometer 4260, including the improvements in photo_electrical input circuit, chart stepping motor circuit and power switch. The trouble of the pen vibration when scanning in the range of 25 to 50 μm is completely eliminated and the imported Nernst lamp can be replaced with domestic HG_1 light source.
