摘要
为了消除ＶＦ＿３２０型Ｘ射线荧光光谱仪发生的故障，在某些部位上用国产器件替代进口器件，使仪器得到及时的维修，效果甚佳。
Replacement of some spare parts in VF_320 X_ray fluorescence spectrometer with domestic products is reported in this paper. The results and benefit from the replacement are also discussed.
