摘要
我国养老保险金的发放,其短缺部分主要由中央财政给予财政补贴,且补贴数额越来越大,基本实现省级养老保险统筹目标,有利于降低管理成本与缴费成本,克服低层次统筹的弊端,减少对中央财政养老保险基金的补贴压力,最终实现由省级统筹向中央统筹的养老保险可持续发展的战略目标。
Issue of old-age pension fund in China, its missing part mainly from subsidy of the central public finance, and the subsidy quantity is more and more big. Basic carry out the target of overall social planning at the provincial level, it is doubtless advantageous to lower the management cost with pay fee cost, overcome the irregularity of low level orchestration, reduce to the subsidy pressure of the central public finance with old-age insurance fund, realize the strategic target from overall social planning at the provincial level to overall social planning at the central with sustainable development of old-age insurance.
