六五生精汤治疗少、弱精子症不育的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Oligospermia and Asthenospermia with Liuwu Shengjing Decoction

目的观察六五生精汤治疗少、弱精子症所致男性不育的疗效。方法114例患者随机分为两组,分别用自拟六五生精汤(治疗组58例)和五子衍宗丸(对照组56例)治疗,疗程均为3个月进行疗效观察,并于治疗前后对两组患者进行精液分析。结果治疗组总有效率为94.8%(55/58例),女方妊娠5例(8.6%);对照组总有效率为85.7%(48/56例),女方妊娠3例(5.4%),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P=0.03)。两组精子密度和精子活力治疗后均较治疗前提高(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组提高幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论六五生精汤能提高少、弱精子症所致男性不育的疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Liuwu Shengjing Decoction （LWD） in treating oligospermia and asthenospermia. Methods One hundred and fourteen patients were randomized into two groups, the treated group administrated with self-formulated LWD, and the control group administrated with Wuzi Yanzong Pill （WYP）. All were treated for 3 months. Patients＇ semen was analyzed before and after treatment, and the therapeutic efficacy was evaluated. Results The total effective rate was 94.8 % in the treat- ed group, with a partner pregnant rate of 8.6% （5/58）, while in the control group, they were 85.7% and 5.4 % （3/56） respectively. The efficacy in the treated group was better （P = 0.03）. Patients＇ sperm count and viability of sperm were improved in both groups （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）, but the improvement in the treated group was superior （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion LWD could effectively improve the condition of male infertility with oligospermia and asthenospermia.
