摘要
介绍了数控仿真软件在数控技术课程教学中的应用,利用它的三维仿真,等同于对真正的CNC机床的操作功能,解决了在数控技术课程教学中因数控设备昂贵与资金短缺而造成的数控实践教学效果不理想、效率较低的想象,提高了学生数控编程能力、数控机床的操作能力及系统的维护能力。
This article introduced the application of simulation software in the course of numerical controlled technique. Using this for three dimensional simulation is equivalent to the real operation on the CNC machine. It helps to avoid the puzzledom of low efficiency and poor result due to lhe shortage of capital or the high cost on equipment during the course of numerical controlled technology. It has also improved students' capability to programme numerical control,operate the numerical controlled machine tool and maintain the system satisfactorily.
