摘要
加入WTO后,我国受到来自国外的技术性贸易壁垒越来越多,尤其是对于食品的出口。本文介绍了在国际贸易中保护贸易的措施和技术性壁垒的手段。概述了我国企业在开展出口食品贸易时所遇到的技术性壁垒的形式和应对措施。
The present paper gives a detailed introduction of the protectionist policy in foreign trade for food and the method of technical barriers to trade (TBT). The discussion is focused on the countermeasures against TBT and the protectionist policy to the national industry by way of TBT.
