摘要 较系统地介绍了最早三种晶体管的发明过程,从中实事求是地反映出晶体管之父W.B.肖克莱的多项发明专利,体现了他一生超凡的创造力,他是20世纪名副其实的"多产"的物理学家,对人类作出了重大贡献。为我们在建设创新型国家的进程中,提供了有益的启示与思考。 This essay systematically introduces the invention of earlist three types of transistor and many other inventions of the father of transistor W. B. Shockley. Gifted with extraordinary creativity, he was worthy of the name "Productive Physical Scientist" and made a great contribution to the human beings. We can use all of these for reference during the construction of creative society.
