机读目录的字段指示符,在录入机编数据时,容易被忽视或漏掉,致使书目数据库的字段指示符混乱,造成CNMARC格式与其他元数据格式转换困难。在此通过对字段指示符的分析,确定其在CNMARC格式中的重要性,同时指明其赋值情况。

It is found by the writer that catalogue personnel have not attached importance to the problem about indicators of field in U SMARC. The indicators of field in U SMARC is likely to be itgnored or omitted, bringing on the indicators of field of bibliography databank in confusion, therefore, it making difficult for the transformation between CNMARC format and other metadata format. In this paper, through the analysis of indicators of field, not only was the importance of it in CNMARC format confirmed but also the issue of value assignment for it has been demonstrated.
