摘要
以羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCTS)为配位体,铁(Ⅲ)为配位离子,采用均相法在pH7.0的中性条件下制备了羧甲基壳聚糖铁(Ⅲ)配合物(CMCTS-Fe),用紫外光谱、红外光谱等手段对其结构进行了表征,并对配位机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明,羧基的引入使CMCTS比壳聚糖(CTS)具有更强的配位能力;CMCTS与铁(Ⅲ)发生配位作用的基团是-COOH、-NH2和-OH。
Carboxymethyl chitosan - Fe ( Ⅲ ) complexes were synthesized by homogeneous reaction at pH7.0 and characterized by UV spectrum and FIIR spectrum. Its coordination mechanism was also investigated. The results showed that carboxymethyl chitosan had a stronger coordination capacity by carboxymethyl reaction,Fe( Ⅲ ) was coordinated with - NH2, - OH , -CQOH of carboxymethyl chitosan.
