水浮莲膳食纤维对Pb^(2+)、Cd^(2+)、Cr^(6+)吸附作用的研究

摘要 以酶碱法提取水浮莲中膳食纤维为原料,采用体外实验模拟人体胃和肠道的pH和温度环境,研究了水浮莲膳食纤维对三种重金属离子的吸附作用。实验结果表明:水浮莲膳食纤维在pH2.0和7.0时对三种重金属离子都有吸附,而且吸附在60min内完成。对于同一重金属离子,pH7.0时的最大吸附速率比pH2.0时的最大吸附速率大。在同一pH条件下,镉离子的最大吸附速率最大。 The dietary fibers from water lettuce was extracted by the enzyme and chemical methods,and the adsorption of three heavy metal ion in vitro experiments simulated human stomach and intestinal environment of pH and temperature was studied. The results showed that water lettuce dietary fiber in the pH 2.0 and 7.0 had adsorption capacity for three heavy metal ions. The adsorption process completed in 60min, For the same heavy metal ion, the adsorption rate was large under pH 7.0 than pH 2.0.Under the same pH ,the adsorption rate of cadmium ion was largest in three heavy metal ions.
