摘要
风险评估的目的是为了估计某种产品所引起的目标人群的相关疾病的水平。水产品是人类健康饮食的重要组成部分,但一些鱼和贝类含有的甲基汞会危害人体发育中的胚胎和幼儿正在发育的神经系统。由于水产品中的n-3多不饱和脂肪酸等的营养价值,故鼓励普通人群食用水产品。但是建议怀孕妇女、乳母和幼儿避免经常食用甲基汞含量高的水产品,并且每人每周消费水产品不超过360g。
The aim of risk assessment is to estimate the level of illness that may be expected in target population from a product. For most people,the risk is not a healthy concern. But some fish and shellfish contain higher levels of mercury that may harm developing fetus and child's developing nervous system. We are advising women who may become pregnant, pregnant women, nursing mothers and young children to avoid some aquatic products which contain higher levels of mercury and consume the amount of aquatics per week no more than 360g.
