HPLC法测定硝苯地平糖衣片中硝苯地平的含量

Direct Determinination of Nifedipine Coated Tablets by HPLC

采用HPLC法直接测定硝苯地平糖衣片中硝苯地平的含量。色谱柱Shimadzu Shim-park C18,DiamonsilTMC18柱;流动相为甲醇-水(3∶2),流速1mL·min-1,检测波长235nm,柱温30℃。硝苯地平浓度在8～32μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为100.11%,RSD=0.54%(n=5)。HPLC法可不需剥片直接测定硝苯地平糖衣片中硝苯地平的含量。

To adopt a HPLC method for direct determination of Nifededipine Coated Tablets. Shimadzu Shim Park C18 coloumn and DiamonsilTM C18 column were used. The mobile phase was methanol - water （3 ： 2）, the flow rate was 1.0mL · min^-1 , and detection wavelength was 235nm, the column temperature was 30℃. The linear range nifedipine was 5-32μg · mL^-1 （r=0. 9998）, the average recovery was 100. 11%, （RSD=0. 54G, n=5） . This HPLC method shown a high specificity and is accurate simple and rapid. It doesn need to shell sugar coating of direct determination of nifedipine.
