Quality Analysis and Suggestion on the Specification Modification of Sanhuang Tablets

针对三黄片的质量问题,建立了土大黄苷和盐酸巴马汀的薄层色谱检查方法,并建立了高效液相色谱法测定盐酸小檗碱含量的方法,对三黄片质量标准的进一步修订提供了实验依据。

Two thin layer chromatographic methods were established for checking of rhaponticin and palmatine hydroehloride, and a HPLC method was established for the determination of beberine hydroehloride. The methods could be used for quality control of the preparation.
