摘要
太钢在实验研究国内常见的几种进口矿粉烧结特性的基础上,根据自有资源和生产条件,应用互补性原理优化了配矿,并进行了大量的研究工作;通过实施选择合理成分、调整工艺技术参数等系列有效措施,使450m2烧结机所产烧结矿质量满足了4 350 m3高炉的生产要求,并为其快速达产提供了技术保障。
Based on properties of several kinds of imported iron ore, research work were done by optimizing proportion of raw material with complementary theory. Quality of sinter produced by the 450 m^2 sinter strand meets the 4350m^3 sinter machines demands by selecting optimum components and adjusting technology parameters.
