摘要 经皮神经电刺激是一种采用低频脉冲电流治疗慢性疼痛的一种有效治疗方法。传统的神经电刺激仪由于功能多,应用范围广,其电路一般较复杂,体积也较大,主要用于研究和医院治疗,不适合家庭使用或者由患者随身携带。根据目前已有的经皮神经电刺激方面的研究成果,选择已得到广泛认可的有显著疗效的刺激电参数作为设计参考值,设计了一种成本极为低廉的微型神经电刺激康复仪。该仪器体积很小,便于患者随身携带,在缓解身体疼痛等康复治疗方面具有很高的实用价值。 Sensory stimulation in the form of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) is an established effective clinical tool for the treatment of pain. Traditional TENS instruments are often ased in some laboratories and hospitals due to their various functions. However, the instraments have complex circuits and huge volume generally,they are not suitable family therapy or carried by patients. This paper introduces the design and implement of a portable mini instrument for rehabilitation with transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), which is convenient to be carried by patients and is a valuable inexpensive solution for the treatment of pain. The device's parameters selected have been optimized based on some recent research results on TENS.
