摘要
介绍了济南钢铁股份有限公司在3200/3500mm双机架四辊轧机上研制且首次大规模生产的X65管线钢的工艺和产品性能。研制的管线钢采用低C、S、P和高Nb、无V、Mo的成分设计,有低的碳当量Ceq(≤0.34)和Pcm(≤0.17)。应用精轧机HTP和ACC快速冷却工艺获得了针状铁素体组织,采用堆垛缓冷实现热扩散处理,获得了优良的性能。用该钢板制成的直缝埋弧焊钢管具有良好的力学性能和焊接性能。
The technology and mechanical properties of X65 pipeline steel plate were introduced,which is pro duced by 3200/3500mm 4-h double stands mill at Jinan Iron &, Steel Co. This steel composition has been designed as low content of C,S,P, high content Nb,without V,Mo and low Ccq(≤0. 34)and Pcm(≤0.17). The good mechanical properties and auicular ferrite can be obtaned by HTP,ACC and slow cooling of stacking technology
