Application of Split Self-lubrication Bearing

针对带座轴承存在的诸多问题对其进行了改造,引进了更换方便、具有自润滑及耐高温性能的剖分式自润滑轴承。改造后,提高了生产作业率,降低了设备故障率,节约了成本。

The split self-lubrication bearing was applied to substitute the bearing with box which has some problems. The advantages of easy changing, self-lubrication and resistant high temperature of the split self-lubrication bearing were introdued. The productivity can be increased and malfunction of equipment can be decreased after reformation.
