装配流程可配置的制造执行系统的研究与应用

Research and implication of assembly process flow reconfigurable manufacturing execution system

对传统制造执行系统的不足和可配置制造执行系统进行了研究,设计了装配流程配置过程的数据模型,提出装配流程配置的方法,根据背景企业的需求,介绍系统各模块的功能,对产品装配流程进行配置,设计了系统软件架构,并对系统进行了开发实现。本系统已在某军品装配分厂的两个装配车间进行了试用,效果良好。

The data model and method of reconfiguring assembly process flow were put forward, and they were used to configure one product＇s assembly process flow after the system＇s functions were introduced. The system was realized based on the designed architecture. The system has been put into real use of enterprise producing management. The result proves that the functions it provided can meet the requirement of real producing and solves the problems such as adaptability and reconstructivity,which exist in traditional MES.
