Catalytic Synthesis of Dibutyl Itaconate with Silica Supported Titanium Sulfate

摘要 研究了在硅胶负载硫酸钛催化下,以衣康酸和正丁醇为原料,对苯二酚为阻聚剂,环己烷为带水剂,催化合成衣康酸二丁酯,考察了影响反应的因素。实验结果表明:n(正丁醇)∶n(衣康酸)=3.5∶1、催化剂与反应物总质量比为1∶100、带水剂用量为15mL、反应时间2.5h是最适宜的反应条件,在此条件下衣康酸的收率可达94.4%。 Dibutyl itaconate was synthesized from itaconic acid and butyl alcohol with silica supported titanium sulfate as catalyst, cyclohexane used as water carrying agent, and hydroquinone as polymerization inhibitor. The factors influencing on the reaction were investigated. The results showed that the suitable reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of butyl alcohol to itaeonic acid was 3.5: 1, the dosage of catalyst was 1.0% of the total mass of the reactants, and the reac- tion time was 2. 5h, the amount of cyclohexane used as water carrying agent was 15mL. Under the above-mentioned conditions, the yield achieved 94. 4%. The product was characterized by refractive index, elemental analysis and IR.
