摘要
提出了采购效能的定义,给出了雷达装备采购效能评估指标体系的层次结构模型,分析了评价指标,并建立了雷达装备采购效能的模糊综合评价模型。
This paper brings forward the definition of procurement efficiency, gives out the hierarchical configuration model of the procurement efficiency evaluation index system of the radar equipment,analyzes the evaluation index,and establishes the fuzzy integrated evaluation model to evaluate the procurement efficiency of the radar equipment .
