摘要
根据改进的硬球混合物模型,正确预测了氨基酸分子的烃链在电解质水溶液中的标准偏摩尔体积随电解质浓度的变化关系,并证实了“氨基酸分子中CH和CH3基团的标准偏摩尔体积之和是CH2基团标准偏摩尔体积的2倍”这一假定.
An improved hard-sphere model predicted rightly the changing trend of the standard partial molar volume of alkyl chain of amino acids with concentration of electrolyte, and confirmed the assumption that the sum of standard partial molar volumes of CH and CH3 groups is twice as many as the standard partial molar volume of CH2 group.
