多学科交叉中的大测绘科学

On Geomatics in Multi-discipline Integration

值《测绘学报》创刊50周年之际,扼要回顾测绘科学从几何科学发展为信息科学,目前已进入信息化测绘新阶段的历史演变。文中重点讨论处于多学科交叉中的大测绘科学,这种交叉集成不仅反映在测绘学科内各分支学科的相互融合与集成,而且也反映在测绘学科与其他多学科的交叉集成,形成广义空间信息网格,从而大大地促进了测绘学的自动化和智能化水平,使得地球空间信息大众化,实现按需测量,为各行各业服务。这种发展趋势将为《测绘学报》未来50年的发展提供更加广阔的天地。

On the occasion of fifty years anniversary of Acta Geodaetica et Cartographica Sinica, a brief review for historical development from geometry science to information science of surveying and mapping is given in this paper. That means surveying and mapping is now becoming geo-spatial information science （Geomatics）. The emphasis of this paper focuses on the integration of geo-spatial information science with related multi-disciplines. This integration includes not only within geo-spatial information science such as integration of GPS, RS and GIS, but also the integration of geomatics with computer science, communication techniques, air-space science and geo-science. Through such integration a generalized spatial information grid can be generated with which geo-spatial information services would be more automatic, intelligent and popular. The idea of ＂geo-information for all＂ and ＂measurement on demands＂ will be realized in near future. Such developing trends will open a wider research field to our journal.
