生鲜加工配送中心是指将原材料进行加工,制成生鲜食品(果蔬、鲜肉、水产)半成品、主食、熟食,配菜、盒饭等产品,并通过计量、包装、贴标、分拣、配送、实现面向超市、便利店、酒楼、快餐店等零售终端的高效率物流系统。
The supply of fresh food and related materials is vital to food manufacturers,restaurants and retailers.In the procedure of constructing fresh food and materials distribution center,we learn experience from Japan,considering China and Japan share culture and life style in common. The paper explained specifically the procedure of constructing a processing and distribution center,which consists of 8 stages.The first step is investigation that involves the company's performance,distribution areas, market,demand analysis,location analysis,the catego- ries and amount of the products and the frequency of distribution, Secondly,the function identification of the center could conducted which followed by the design of processing technology.In detail,it is necessary to identify products and clarify their functions.The processing technology should be based on check and acceptance,production flow design and equipment selection.After that,we could de- sign the environment and the facility layout that cover the design of standards,temperature,cold chain,cleanliness, allocation and the flow of human and materials.Establish- ing the information system is also important.In addition, we ought to consider the guide of architecture constructing standards.Finally,it is essential to refine the draft design further.
