Since the TRT of No. 1 blast fumace put into production in Nanchang-steel Co.,Ltd, its reliable capability keep the production running smoothly. Especially in the utilization of Quantum series PLC. This PLC system achieved the automatic control for TRT automatic start-up, normal stop and emergent stop successfully. Consequently it has guaranteed TRT unit running with safety and high efficiency, also kept the top air pressure of blast furnace within normal range.
