摘要
本文是作者在党校学习期间,利用暑期进行的商业银行经营机制创新问题调研基础上形成的心得体会。作者提出在当前新的经营形势下,商业银行应改革传统的按产品考核客户经理的做法,建立以客户为核心的客户经理考核体系;同时,建立营业网点与电子银行一体化经营的考核机制。这对于形成以客户为核心的经营理念、提升工商银行的整体形象具有重要的意义。
This article is an investigaiton report on innovation of operation system. It was con-ducted by Mr. Niu Ximing,vice president of ICBC,during his study in the Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C. This report suggests that commercial banks should build the customer-oriented assessment system instead of the product-oriented assessment mecha-nism to examine performance of customer managers. Meanwhile,integrated operation of business outlets and E-banking business should also be taken into consideration.
