摘要
用60Co放射纯系NIH雄性小白鼠,放射前10~20min每鼠腹腔注射黄芩水提物(AESBG)0.7g/kg或1.4g/kg,能显著提高1次全身放射8.7~9.1Gy小鼠的生存防护效力和30d存活率;每鼠1.4g/kg全身放射4.7Gy后第5天显著提高白细胞数,第11天脾重、白细胞和血小板均有明显增加。结果表明AESBG有显著的放射损伤防护作用。
Tests were conducted on mice to detect whether aqueous extract of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi(AESBG) is effective for protection against γ ray irradiation. Intraperitoneal injection(ip) of the AESBG 0.7g/kg and 1.4g/kg in NIH male mice 10~20 minutes befores 8.7~9.1Gy whole body 60 Co irradiation increased the survival effects (the ratio of mean survival time in a treated group to that of the control in 30 days after irradiation)(1.44~2.18) and 30 days survival rate significantly in comparison with control mice. In case of ip of the AESBG 1.4g/kg the spleen weight, WBC and PLT were all increased on 11th day after 4.7Gy exposure. The results indicated that AESBG exhibited relatively good radioprotective effect against whole body lethal irradiation of mice.
