越南计划与投资部的数据显示，在2007年头5个月，越南永福省的工业增长率与去年同期相比增长了55．7％，位居越南各省的首位，排在第二位的是平阳省，它的工业增长率为23％。这是～个令人鼓舞的景象，永福省在其工业发展道路上取得了可喜的成绩，其中外国直接投资（FDI）资金占了投资总额的50％。在2006年，永福省吸收的外来直接投资位居越南全国的第8位，也是财政收入领先达到1万亿越盾的十个省市之一。

According to the data by the Ministry of Planning and Investment, in the first five months of 2007, Vinh Phuc Province achieved an industrial growth rate of 55.7% over the same period last year, the highest growth in the whole country. Birth Duong ranked second with a 23% increase. This is an encouraging sign for the Province on its path of industrial development. Industries with foreign direct investment （FDI） account for 50% of the total investment, ranking the Provincein 8th place among the FDI receivers in Vietnam in 2006 and on the list of the first ten provinces having budgetary revenue of more than 1,000 billion VND.
