摘要
目的:通过对皮瓣微循环状态的研究,判定对移植皮瓣存活率的影响。方法:通过显微放大技术,直接观察皮瓣在动脉阻断后,静脉栓塞后皮瓣微循环的变化规律,并观察药物对皮瓣循环的影响。结果:皮瓣对动脉阻断耐受时间为5~6小时,静脉阻断耐受时间更短,某些药物有增加微血管开放数,扩大微血管口径,改善微循环的作用。结论:改善微循环状态能有效地提高皮瓣的成活率。
Objective:Utilizing micro amplification technique,observing the skin flap microcirculation under certain circumstances display the viability of transplanted flap Methods:Island epigastric skin flaps were elevated,the supplying inferior epigastric arteries occluded for 1,3,5 and 7 hours respectively,and the flaps with venous stasis survived a shorter duratio This observation is reperfused after ischemia,and several drugs were applied to flaps Results:The mean number of open capillaries,the meandiameter of microvessels and the mean blood flow all was increased significantly But with the prolonged occlusion,such reactions of microcirculation declined gradually,and 7 hours of ischemia eventually produced irreversible damage Intravenous injection of crystal NO 4 of polygonum cuspidatum, lingustrazini hydrochlordum or dextran 40 improved flap microcirculation respectirely,but the urokinase couldn’t be conformed such an effect and it have more extravascular erythrocytes Conclusions:A good status of microcirculation is a prerequisite for flap survival, and it improves flap survival rate
