摘要 干扰素(IFN)是一种人类和动物细胞在对各种病毒等因素刺激的应答中产生的具有多种功能的一类蛋白或糖蛋白,是细胞因子家族中的成员,具有广谱抗病毒及免疫调节等作用。自1986年,美国先灵葆雅公司的基因工程IFN获得美国FDA批准应用于临床以来,因其肯定的疗效已被广泛地用于临床治疗多种疾病,但是就其作用机制和临床应用仍在不断探讨之中。
