摘要
目的:寻找砷矿物药雄黄合理炮制方法和最适存放环境,以提高药效,确保用药安全。方法:采用原子荧光法对不同粒度雄黄及其炮制品中可溶、毒性砷含量进行监测。结果:矿物药雄黄粒度以100~200目为宜,酸水淬飞炮制最佳,在还原性氢气和惰性氩气氛围中保存,时间短、温度低、湿度小,产生的易溶剧毒物三氧化二砷(As_2O_3)较少。结论:选择合理的炮制方法和最适的存放条件,是降低砷矿物药雄黄中的毒副成分,提高药效,保证安全,促进其推广应用的前提和基础。
Objective: Find a rational way of making realgar and the fittest environment to keep it. Method: Inspect the content of dissolvable noxious arsenic in different - granularity realgar ant its produce by atom fluorescence way. Results: The appropriate granularity of mineral - drug realgar is 100 - 200 holes, made in acid, leaved in reductive hydrogen and inert argon, short time, low temperature, little humidity, and will create a few As203. Conclusion:To choose reasonable method and optimum leaving condition,could reduce noxious component in mineral - drug realgar, increase drug effect, ensure security, and promote precondition and base of spread and application.
