摘要
目的:建立简便快速的直接测定阿曲库铵含量的荧光分光光度法。方法:应用荧光分光光度法测定阿曲库铵的含量,激发波长为280 nm,发射波长为317 nm。结果:在0.088~7.5μg·mL^(-1)范围内阿曲库铵浓度和荧光强度呈线性关系。检出限(3σ)为26.5 ng·mL^(-1)。考察了体系的光谱特征、适宜的反应条件和共存物质的影响。结论:方法具有良好的选择性,可用于人体血清、尿样及合成样品中阿曲库铵的测定。
Objectives: To develop a fluorescence spectrophotometry method for determination of atracurium. Methods: A fluorescence spectrophotometry method was applied to the determination of atracurium. The excitation wavelength was located at 280 nm. The emission wavelength was located at 317 nm. Results: The calibration curves was linear between intensity of fluorescence signals and the concentration of atracurium in the range of 0. 088 -7. 5 μg ·mL^-1. The detection limit(3σ)was 26. 5 ng · mL^-1. The spectra characteristics ,the optimum reaction conditions and influencing factors had been discussed. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, direct and selective. It has been applied to the determination of atracurium in human serum,urine and synthetic samples with satisfying results
