Status and effect of pharmaceutical analysis in the omics research era

组学研究时代的到来为药物分析学的快速发展提供了一个充满挑战的机遇。药物分析学的边缘性决定了其必然会与诸多相关学科发生广泛的联系和交叉,这些过程将会促进药物分析学理论的深入发展,并伴随着多学科、多领域、多层次的创新。本文通过对药物分析与分析化学、中药现代化、生物体内分析、代谢组学、信息学等学科相互关系的评述,从多个角度概述了药物分析学在组学研究时代中的地位和作用。

The advent of omics research era would provide a challenging chance for pharmaceutical analysis. As an interdisciplinary subject, pharmaceutical analysis would be widely associated and intercrossed with other correlative subject consequentially. These processes could promote the further development of pharmaceutical analysis theory, and innovation in multi subjects, fields and levels concomitantly. In this review, the correlation between pharmaceutical analysis and analytical chemistry, traditional Chinese medicine modernization, biopharmaceutical analysis, metabonomics, informatics was commented respectively. The status and effect of pharmaceutical analysis in the omics research era were prospected in many different aspects.
