摘要
大酱包装袋是造成灭菌后大豆酱二次污染的一个主要原因,利用双氧水,将大酱包装袋进行杀菌,能够防止大酱由于包装而造成的二次污染的问题,延长了袋装大酱的货架期。
The packing of soybean is the mainly cause which brings about the secondary pollu- tion when the soybean have been sterilized. Using Hydrogen Peroxide that sterilizes the packing of soybean can prevent the secondary pollution of soybean because of packing and extend the goods shelves issue of packed soybean.
