多层螺旋CT血管造影对脑动静脉畸形的临床应用评价 被引量:11

摘要 目的评价多层螺旋CT血管造影(MSCTA)在脑动静脉畸形(AVM)的临床应用价值。方法采用16层螺旋CT对39例AVM患者行CT血管造影检查,以3ml/s速率经静脉注射对比剂80~100ml后延时18~22s扫描,容积数据传送至工作站分别行多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)及容积再现(VR)。结果39例均为单发瘤巢,其中合并脑出血14例,显示单支供血动16例,多支供血动脉23例,大脑深静脉引流9例,浅静脉引流13例,同时存在深、浅静脉引流17例。MSCTA能清楚显示AVM的部位、形态、供血动脉及引流静脉与邻近结构的关系。结论MSCTA具有简便、安全、快速的检查优势,多种成像技术结合运用可为临床手术及微创治疗提供实用、可靠的影像信息。 Objective To evaluate the clinical Application of Multi-slice spiral CT Angiography (MSCTA) in the Cerebral Arteriovenous Malformation(AVM). Methods 39 cases of cerebral AVM were studied by 16-slice spiral CT Angiography. The scan began at the time of 18 -22s after the injection of contrast media of 80- 100 ml with the rate 3ml/s.volume data was transmitted to the workstation to undergo the reconstruction of multiplanar reformations (MPR), maximum intensity projection (MIP) and the volume rendering (VR). Results 39 cases were alone occursnidi, among which 14 cases were the cerebral hemorrhage 16 cases,the single supplying artery, 23 cases many supplying arteries, 9 cases the deep drain veins, the surface drain veins 17 cases, drain both to deep and surface veins. MSCTA could distinctly provide the site, shape, size, feeding artery and draining venous of AVM,and also reveal the relationship between the vascular lesions and the other cerebral vascular or skeletal structures.Conclusion MSCTA has a great advantage in providing a simple, unhannful and fast examination, teclmique reconsCuct, which could be combined and applied to the clinical operation and minimally invasive treatment to provide practical and reliable imaging information.
