Onyx栓塞治疗复杂型脑动静脉畸形

Embolization of complicated arteriovenous malformation with Onyx

目的 探讨Onyx胶在复杂型脑动静畸形血管（AVM）治疗中的临床应用价值。方法 采用Onyx胶栓塞20例复杂型脑AVM，其中位于功能区9例，大脑半球深部5例，小脑半球4例，脑膜脑AVM2例，AVM大小3～6cm16例，6cm以上4例。结果 畸形血管团完全栓塞1例，90％栓塞10例，80％栓塞8例，50％～70％栓塞1例。术后复查CT均无脑出血。术后患者随访效果满意。结论 Onyx胶的应用能安全有效地提高复杂脑AVM血管内治疗的效果。

Objective To evaluate endovascular therapy in treatment of complicated AVM with Onyx. Methods 20 patients were involved in our study. The malformation was located in functional areas in 9 cases, deep cerebral areas in 5 cases, cerebellar hemisphere in 4 cases, intracranial dural and cerebral in 2 cases. The size of CAVMs was about 3 - 6 cm in 5 cases, and larger than 6 cm in 4 cases. Results Onyx embolization was successful in about all cases, one of whom resulted in complete nidus occlusion, 10 cases about 90% , 8 cases about 80% ,one case about 50% - 70%. Conclusion Onyx is a safe and satisfactory embolic material for AVMs.
