My Tentative View on the Quality Checkup of the Successive Process in the Medium-small Manufacturers

以钢丝综锡并丝工艺过程质量监控为例,针对目前典型中小型制造企业连续性工艺质量监控现状,探讨了关键工序质量参数测控手段、设备配置方案和实施方法,呼吁尽快建立行业完整而科学的工艺监控体系,实现科学管理,提高监控质量,保证连续性工艺的稳定运行。

Sampling the quality checkup of the soldering process in wire heald manufacturing,an approach is made into the checkup access to quality specifications of key processes, configuration of equipments and way of execution thereof in contrast against the quality checkup status of the successive process in the typical medium-small manufacturers. A complete and reasonable process checkup system should be established for the industry asap,for the purpose of scientific management and higher quality checkup so as to guaranttee a stable performance of the successive process.
