摘要
目的探讨特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者外周血T淋巴细胞的细胞周期及细胞周期调节蛋白cyc linA的表达及其在发病机制中的作用。方法用流式细胞仪检测38例初发ITP患者T淋巴细胞的细胞周期的分布比例,细胞周期调节蛋白cyc linA的表达水平。结果初发ITP患者外周血S期和S+G2/M期的T淋巴细胞比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05);G0/G1的T淋巴细胞比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05);初发ITP患者外周血T淋巴细胞cyc linA的表达率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在ITP患者中存在T淋巴细胞过度增殖,细胞以S和G2期为主,这可能与ITP的发病有关。
Objectives To explore the effect of the cell distribution and the expression of cyclinA in peripheral blood T lymphocytes on the pathogenesis in idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods Distribution of cell cycle and expression of cychn A of T lymphocytes from 38 patients with first ITP attack were analyzed by flow cytometry. Results The percentage of T lymphocytes in the S,S + G2/M phase was significantly higher than those in the control group( P 〈 0.05 ). The percentage of T lymphocytes in the G0/ G1 phase was significantly lower than those in the control group( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of cyclinA in the T lymphocyte of the 1TP group was significantly higher than those of control group( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The T lymphocytes of the patients with ITP in proliferation were increased, especially the proportions of S,G2/M phase. The abnormities of proliferation probably has some relationship with the pathogenesis of ITP.
