摘要 基于301国道阿城(刘秀屯)至亚布力段和同三公路哈尔滨至方正段的多处水泥混凝土路面板纵向断裂试验研究,分析了拓宽旧路面各结构层,如垫层对基层及基层对板体不均匀支承的分布规律和成因特征,并据此建立模型,应用有限元方法对不同车辆荷载作用下板体内最大弯拉应力进行求解。计算结果表明,水泥混凝土路面板下基层的近条带状不均匀支承是造成水泥混凝土路面板纵向断裂的重要原因。 Based on the experiment analyses of the longitudinal fracture of two cement concrete pavement sections, one section which belongs to 301 state highway is from Acheng to Yabuli, and another section which belongs to Tong-San highway is from Harbin to Fangzheng~ analyses the pavement structure, for example, the distribute law and original cause performance of non even supporting between cushion layer and roadbase, and the same content between roadbase and pavement slab. According to the analyses, set up the model and get the max flexure stress in pavement slab while carrying the load of different vehicles by the finite element analyses. The results show that: the approximate strip non even support under the existing cement concrete pavement is the major reason for longitudinal fracture of existing cement concrete pavement.
